In this three-hour and a half hands-on session, you’ll learn:

• Embers and fire management
• Temperature control
• Cooking different meats
• Understanding wood types
• Exploring New Zealand meats
• Stories and Traditions of Argentine Asado

Menu:

• Choripán: Delicious pork sausage served with our signature chimichurri.
• Morcilla: Traditional blood sausage for the adventurous palate.
• Matambrito de Cerdo: Argentine pork flank steak (known as 'hunger killer'), grilled to perfection and served with a squeeze of lemon.
• Mollejas: Crunchy sweetbreads grilled and served with a zesty lemon.
• Asado Banderita: A thin butcher cut from the short ribs, beautiful, marvellous, and juicy.
• Lomo: Premium eye fillet tenderloin served with grilled tomatoes, onions, red peppers, and eggs.

Beverages:

• Wine: Enjoy a rich Argentine Malbec, perfectly paired to complement our selection of premium meats, enhancing the flavours of your Asado experience.
• Beer: Savor a refreshing brew from Raglan Workshop, crafted locally by our friends for a true taste of the region.
• Soft Drinks: Keep cool and refreshed throughout the day.

Dessert:

• Dulce de Leche: A sweet treat that’s simply irresistible!

On-Site Workshop: We can also bring the Asado workshop to your doorstep for private events, available for a minimum of 10 guests.

Workshop Details:

• Duration: 3.5 hours of hands-on cooking and grilling.
• Group Size: Minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 20 participants.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund: A week's notice is required for a full refund; alternatively, you can change your date.
• Partial Refund: If you provide less than a week's notice, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
