WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available Monday-Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We no longer offer free shipping by default, as shipping rates across New Zealand have increased significantly in recent years. Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb these rising costs while maintaining the quality of our products and service.
However, we do occasionally offer free shipping promotions—either for a limited time or on specific products. Keep an eye out for these special deals on our website, social media, or newsletters.
Shipping costs are always clearly calculated at checkout based on your location and the items you’ve selected. We aim to keep rates fair and transparent.
New Zealand Shipping
We ship nationwide. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the item selected. You will see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
Yes, we do offer international shipping! Please contact us directly at Hello@fuegos.co.nz or use the contact form to arrange international delivery and get a custom quote.
