RITUAL
Starting the fire
The fire is the first step of this ritual. It’s more than just cooking; it’s about sparking tradition, creating memories, and enjoying new experiences with friends and family. The asado is really just an excuse to gather around the fire, sharing a good glass of wine and plenty of laughs.
Sharing a family table with other guests
As you arrive, you'll join a friendly group of people. Enjoy a fantastic meal while exchanging stories and embracing the warmth of Argentine traditions.
Hands on experience
You'll participate in a hands-on activity where you’ll assist the host in the cooking process. Help with salting the cuts, use our tools to identify the cooking stages of the meat, and learn how to place the egg on the red pepper to see how each ingredient is cooked on the grill.
Savoring Authentic Flavors
In true Argentine Asado style, the cuts will be served in a flowing manner, one after another, each accompanied by a glass of wine. This allows everyone to fully appreciate the unique flavors of each cut.
For those who are keen, there’s an opportunity to help slice the main cut, adding to the hands-on experience. Our final cut will be served alongside delicious grilled vegetables, ensuring a delightful feast for all.
