The Asaparri Santa Maria 100 Grill + Base brings traditional Argentine wood-fired cooking to your backyard. Made in Argentina, this complete parrilla pairs a height-adjustable raw iron grill with the Base XXL, a classic brasero and the accessories listed below.

Cook with firewood, charcoal or both. Build your fire in the brasero, create your embers and use the side wheel to raise or lower the cooking surface between 12 and 30 cm above the fire. Lower it for searing or raise it for gentler cooking and larger cuts.

A versatile freestanding parrilla

The Base XXL provides a dedicated fire area lined with refractory firebricks. The included four-wheel kit lets you reposition the setup when it is cool. The self-supporting grill is removable, allowing the base to be used with other compatible Asaparri cooking accessories.

Packaging and delivery

Manufacturer-listed component box dimensions are 101 × 60.5 × 23 cm for the grill and 143 × 63 × 24 cm for the Base XXL. These are separate component measurements, not the dimensions of a complete freight pallet.

Full product price: NZD $2,099. Choose a NZD $200 deposit per unit or pay in full now. The deposit is part of the full purchase price, leaving a product balance of NZD $1,899.

The remaining balance is due once your product has landed in New Zealand and must be paid before pickup or dispatch. Delivery is additional at our standard New Zealand courier rates.

Your deposit allocates a unit to you and is non-refundable for change of mind, except where New Zealand law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund. If we cannot supply your product, we will refund payments for that product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
